These eggs were originally designed with care and love for my own children. I continued sewing while watching the news, and wanted to send some of that care and love to the children currently fleeing their homes in Ukraine. All proceeds from these eggs will go to the World Food Programme which is providing emergency food assistance to children and families affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and neighboring countries.
These are handmade fabric pocket eggs. They are made to replace plastic Easter eggs, hold larger goodies, and protect chocolate eggs from pets. Designed for small fingers to be able to open and close, children will be able to play with these in a variety of ways, or save them for a hunt on Easter morning.
Eggs are made with soft linens and cotton and were prewashed. They can be washed and used year after year.
Eggs are made by a hobby sewer and are unique, colours and sizes may vary slightly.
